Age-Based Membership Options
The Seed (Ages 0–3)
- 2 routine exams per year
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 2 fluoride treatments per year
- 1 emergency exam
- 25% off all additional treatment
Annual Fee: $330 or $29/month
The Sprout (Ages 4–11)
- 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and 2 fluoride treatments per year
- 1 emergency exam per year
- Annual X-rays
- 25% off additional treatment
Annual Fee: $450 or $39/month
The Spruce (Ages 12–18)
- 2 exams, 2 cleanings, and 2 fluoride treatments per year
- 1 emergency exam per year
- Annual X-rays
- 25% off additional treatment
Annual Fee: $530 or $45/month
Infants are free!
If you bring your seedling in for a check-up before their first birthday, the visit is complimentary!
Family Discount
Additional children from the same household receive 10% off the annual fee.
What’s Not Covered
